Verizon launched a new phone company early this year and they just started letting people on today who have unlocked iPhones. It's $40 for unlimited everything, but capped at 5MBPS, no data caps. What do you guys think?

It wouldn't work for me. But Verizon coverage wasn't the best for me where I work so I left them last year. I have a second phone on a MVNO, but in that case, the $15/month limited plan works for me.

Correct me if I’m wrong but coverage looks like it’s native Verizon coverage. Roaming areas included in standard Verizon plans are not covered with Visible. I’m assuming "all in" means no additional taxes or fees - $40 is all you pay?

I'd sure hope so. Originally posted by operasam:

Left Verizon a year ago and have been with AT&T Prepaid. Interesting that this new Verizon company and Xfinity Mobile will let you BYOD only if it's an iPhone, not an Android.
