hello free 1 year plan sprint person

umm sprint has now MISS-BILLED me twice aka wrongly... the last time they fixed it/refunded and I know sprint has a horrible history of miss billing people.. so I'm just wondering if all you smartphone experts.. know the expert way to deal with there way too cluttered customer service.. who I should talk to and will fix it?

because I called in and I guess I got lip service? cause they they said they would fix it... but it's NOT fixed.. aka lies.. and INCOMPETENCE

Also I'm 100% sure this billing problem is sort of created by going past the 10 Gb tethering limit.. which ahh I didn't modify my phone so anyway I went past the limit is there design.. aka their fault for billing met etc.

I think billing chat is best.

Note they never change/fix a prior bad charge, they only give offsetting credits, so it can be confusing. However I find that Billing chat gives credits fairly easily in my experience.

Also they did refund my money when they missbilled me (last time) never had a credit yet?

cool found someone competent.. they say they upped my price because I popped a new iphone on for testing for 2 weeks.. they say they cancelled my old plan/and put me on a new one...

ahh damn.. competence hung up on me

well good news they called me back.. back to hold!

But it sounds as if you are at least talking to someone now.

Was it a dealer or Best Buy that put on the iPhone? Yeah unfortunately they often cancel the free plan if you let a dealer or other retail channel change your account. You are supposed to make any changes only through the web or the special promo number 866-782-8777 (not other Sprint Sales numbers). You can do IMEI swaps but only for fully-paid phones you own outright already.

But maybe you can plead ignorance or blame a dealer or whatever and get it reversed.

But I took my new iphone to sprint's store...

yah they told me they'd fix it this time (and this is like my 2nd time trying a iphone on sprint, so they really do fix it every time if you call and get competence/right department I guess...) the person who was supposed to fix it (was in notes) didn't have access to the special systems for that account...

yah I'd honestly say I still don't understand where..? sprint's portal design seems stupid at best

But you may not have set it up yet.

It is not a great web site.

Then Manage Plan / See Details

and look for a line like

"Savings until 04/30/19"

to see your end date.

There is a phone app. also but I am not familiar with it.
