Not only does that give you an indication as to how good density is, but also how well tuned it is! I've seen string signals with less then five "dots" due to poor RSRQ/SNR, and it looks like not only do you have great signal strength, but also great signal quality.

I would say their network is definitely well tuned here.

94542 Hayward hills, port of Alameda, Edgewood road in San Carlos and surrounding neighborhoods, dead. Atherton, Sharon park in Menlo Park, Portola valley absolute atrocious. I can go on and on but they've got quite a bit of work cutout for them. Att decimates everywhere I go and I run an appliance company so I'm driving the most remote areas daily for various job sites. Milpitas, Santa Clara, Campbell, Saratoga, etc clogged to all hell with plenty of holes in coverage. Att by all means isn't perfect, I just felt "the network" needed some networking to do. Just my two cents, nothing more. I still love Vz or I wouldn't be in these forums like a drug addict.

Ah the South Bay/Peninsula Area, yeah I don't frequent that Area, I'm mainly North Bay/East Bay (Vallejo,Oakland,Berkeley, SF,etc.) Verizon is great here. I travel around the Bay Area for work as well that's how I compare Verizon and AT&T. I agree I've heard great things about AT&T over that way, last time I was in that area I got some great speeds on AT&T, I switched to Verizon not to long ago so I haven't had the chance to test out there.

Haha. It's always a love/hate relationship no matter how good the carrier is. I love VZW, but they sure have problems. I had good experiences with AT&T, too. It just isn't strongest where I'm at now. But I'll never bad mouth them, or frankly, any other carrier. They've all provided me excellent service at various times. Doesn't mean I won't occasionally engage in some jokes.

I like the drug addict reference, though. This site does lend itself to that.

This week in site hunting I have found several sites with higher order modulation or 4x4 MIMO enabled. This one is a new site near where I live with Quintel panels, formerly the site of a metrocell:

I also discovered a site 2 miles from my home has B2 and B5 on it, the only one in a 15 mile radius. An odd site to upgrade because it basically serves nothing, just sits in open field. There are tons of other sites that needed it way more.
