In that market AT&T does not own 40MHz of contiguous spectrum. They own 15x15 in the PCS B-block, and 10x10 in the F+C3 blocks.. don't know why they didn't do 15x15 but that's beyond me..

My guess that they didn't do 15x15 is because they need some for UMTS.

I remember when AT&T had a 10 MHz Band2 LTE-A at 1930MHz with HSPA+ at 1940 MHz and a 10MHz LTE-A at 1950MHz in Jefferson County MO... Now they have one 20MHz LTE (NO LTE-A) at 1940MHz and HSPA+ at 882.6MHz and 887.2MHz... As of August 11th 2017 882.6MHz HSPA+ was shutdown and will be converted to LTE-A on Monday at 882.5MHz leaving only one HSPA+ on the air...

2000= 2115.0 MHz
2175= 2132.5 MHz
2225= 2137.5 MHz
B5:
2600= 889.0 MHz
B12/17:
5110= 739 MHz

Wish they would in my area but I guess the other carriers don't want to swap stuff around.
