Update. Telus rep tells me my account is LOCKED and they will not provide any statements or make any adjustments to my account until they respond to the complaint, which they say they are not going to do until the very last day they have to. They are also refusing to answer any questions unrelated to my complaint.

The bit about the lockout is not at all abnormal
I had an account locked out by Koodo before

The bit about waiting to respond is very strange though
Telus is *usually* very quick to respond

(I have filed 1 vs Bell, 1 vs Wind, 2 vs Rogers, and 5 vs Telus; I have always gotten best results from Telus out of any carrier)

Technically 1 against Telus proper (billing issue, it was more an annoyance than anything else so since I had good exp with CCTS in past I simply filed it). The Telus complaint was the most recent and also the most minor of the 5 complaints

2 against Koodo (much more serious, rep issues)

2 against Public (#1 was a serious system issue which to this day requires monthly manual account modifications, something in their system broke, #2 was really not their fault as it related to the above mentioned Koodo rep issue)
