Will do. I know how to work the ticket system. Also, I sadly detect a little lemon in your response. Interesting thing is you wrote you were done responding, but you came back with a response. I have nothing against Puppy or you, I just like clarity, honest service.

So, I've heard good things about Puppy Wireless, and wanted to get the $80 plan for my daughter's GizmoPal watch phone, but when I went to check out the screen said there was an $8 taxes and fees charge per month (including E911).

So I ended up going with PagePlus, which has only $1.17 in fees per month. I'm not super thrilled with PagePlus's interface (I can't activate an online account without a verification text message, and the GizmoPal does not display text messages), so once my $10 plan runs out I'd be happy to switch to Puppy Wireless if its interface is better and that $8 fee per month is some kind of mistake. The watch phone will be used so infrequently that I expect $80 to last the whole 365 days. (Also it can't call 911; it doesn't have a dial pad.)

Yes I saw those monthly fees too - are they correct? Not much point to an annual plan if you have to pay $80-100 AND pay a $8-10 fee a month on top of that.

Glad to see them listening to customers though and fixing issues. You may not agree with what they did to begin with but they made it right.

It's not per month. It's a one time cost on the yearly plans. It's higher than the others because it is a yearly plan.

Also, as far as I know, we have one of the best, if not the best OLAM in the industry and we are still not done with it, we are always tweaking, adding to it, and coming up with new features for it.

I just paid for another month on my puppy ($26 for unlimited voice & 2gb). Now I can't get data. I have LG Enact. Any suggestions?
