I've got the 500/500/500 plan. This may not help, but it's in a Samsung Rugby II flip phone. With this phone call forwarding is either "activated" or "deactivated".

Does your MMS work on the flip phone? Did RP automatically send the APN settings to your phone?

SMMC,

Yes, MMS works on my Samsung Rugby II flip phone: both sending and receiving. When I activated the sim card there was an option to automatically set up the APN on the flip phone. A message was sent with a link to click on to set up the APN for data and for MMS.

On my S5 active, the automatic setup said it wouldn't work for my model phone, and sent me to a site to manually install settings. Worked great once correct settings installed

MMS doesn't seem to work on my iPhone 6 on with the AT&T flavor SIM card.

Trying to log in or do anything with the mobile website is flaky at best, unable to reload my account after an excruciating half an hour fooling with it using chrome and safari. Hopefully I'll have better luck when I try with my PC.

Unfortunately, it won't, unless you jail break your iPhone so the APN settings can be changed. Red Pocket and H2O are 2 larger AT&T MVNOs that aren't fully compatible with iPhone regarding MMS.

MMS should work fine with an iPhone on Red Pocket if you switch to the Vzw, T-Mo, or Sprint network.
